Privacy Policy of Radar Alive Pro

Radar Alive Pro and its Owner may acquire sensitive information of yours ("Personal Data"). We do not sell or share that information, or use it for purposes other than described here.

If you choose, on your behalf, we may use Third Party Services to which you subscribe, and thus will need appropriate credentials. Some services may also use your location information.

For example, you might request the app to display data from Allison House LLC servers, or to report your location information automatically to Spotter Network Inc.

Here's the information we use, and what we do with it:

Your location information when the Radar Alive Pro screen is displayed: This allows the app to show your location on the map, lock the map to your moving location if wanted, provide the best options for selecting radar sites, display information relative to your location, etc.

Your background location information (whether or not the Radar Alive screen is displayed): This is used to automatically and periodically report your location information to third party service(s) with which you have an account, but only while the app is running and the you enable the reporting. You may disable this function at any time.

An example would be Spotter Network LLC (spotternetwork.org).

Your credentials for Third Party Services: these are used to access the third party servers on your behalf.

Your email address: If you request support, your email address will be acquired and transmitted to us for that purpose.

Diagnostic and statistical: Diagnostic and statistic information is acquired from the Application, and may also contain the information described above. This information is used only for diagnostic and statistical purposes.

Changes to this privacy policy

The Owner reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying its Users on this page and possibly within this Application and/or - as far as technically and legally feasible - sending a notice to Users via any contact information available to the Owner. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom.

Should the changes to the Application affect processing activities performed on the basis of the User’s consent, the Owner shall collect new consent from the User, where required.
